Online Performance Pilates

What is Performance Pilates?

Performance Pilates is fantastic for anyone who participates in fitness, (sports, gym, athletics, running etc) & wants to improve their performance & prevent injury.

It is also great for gaining strength & developing aesthetics for greater body awareness & confidence.

Based on the original teachings of Joseph Pilates, it builds strength from the inside out, targeting the deep postural muscles, as well as working the whole body.

We also work on balance & coordination, flexibility & mobility, posture, & muscular endurance. It also helps to rebalance the muscles & improve overall posture.

Performance Pilates is suitable for all fitness/ability levels as I offer classes of differing levels, from the beginner to the advanced client. I also offer adaptations & progressions for each exercise, so each client can work at their own level during the class.

Live classes have a maximum of 12 people and are interactive, with feedback and corrections

Package 1  £24 per month

(just £6 per week)

Per week:

  • 1 x 55 minute Live Class

  • Technique tutorials

  • Access FB Social Group

Package 2 £30 per month

(just £7.50 per week)

Per week:

  • 1 x 55 minute Live Class

  • (+ that class recorded )

  • A 20 minute Live or recorded Workout

  • A library of Pre-recorded Classes & workouts

  • Technique tutorials 

  • Access to FB social group

Package 3 £36 per month

(just £9 per week)

 

Per week:

      Everything in Package 1 but with

      2 x 55 min Live classes not 1
